Windows 10: Windows 1903 now shuts off display and locks pc, instead of just going to lockscreen with...

I recently updated to Windows 1903 so I could participate in the AOEE multiplayer beta, and ever since my pc no longer just goes to the lockscreen after 20 mins with the slideshow playing, it also powers off the display too. Before I updated I had it so my pc went to lockscreen first, then after a certain amount of time it would then power off my displays. Kind of annoying since I have to wait for the screen to turn back on before I can resign-in and get back to whatever it was that I was doing, I have no idea what changed.

The reason why your Dell notebook shuts down instead of it going to sleep is because of the settings on your system. Kindly check this

If the problem still persists after doing all of these troubleshooting steps, we suggest that we perform a clean boot for us to verify that there's no third party utility installed causing conflict on your power settings. Here's an

Windows Spotlight is an option for the lock screen background that displays different background images and occasionally offers suggestions on the lock screen.
To turn off Windows Spotlight, go to Settings, clickPersonalization,
select Lock screen, under Background select a different lock screen background.

To avoid messages on your lock screen, you can consider the following:

• Make sure that the "Get fun facts, etc" on your Settings is turned off.
  
• Disable “suggestions” that appear as notifications. To do so, follow these steps go to
  Settings, then select System, then click
  Notifications & actions and turnoff “Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what’s new and
  suggested”.
• Disable “tips, tricks, and suggestions”. Head to Settings then select
  System, then click Notifications & Actions and disable the “Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows” option.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
