Windows 10: Windows 19H1 OS hangs at "BLInitializeLibrary Failed 0XC0000185"

Windows 19H1 OS hangs at "BLInitializeLibrary Failed 0XC0000185".

Problem statement:

When booting to 19H1 OS, observing that while doing multiple reboot system hangs in OS loader with Error message displayed on top

""BLInitializeLibrary Failed 0XC0000185"".

and shows instruction pointer at 0x1003C6A3 in bootmgfw.efi,

How could this be debugged from UEFI BIOS/bootloader side?

Is this some known issue as seeing many people reporting this issue with 19H1/2 OR there is some fix in windows recently for this?

Or there is some issue in Insyde BIOS which should be fixed from Insyde BIOS.

PS: Seeing this issue with Insyde BIOS.

Windows 10 update while turning on in the morning, worked fine yesterday, saw update, thought whatever, came back got the error BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb, won't go past Gigabyte logo screen, can't actually get to Windows, can't find a solution
that works for me, don't know what to try.

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P

I have seen many different solutions and heard many different things about this error but i have an issue i haven't seen anywhere else, my keyboard and mouse have no input. Please someone help me fix this asap!

The BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb error is usually related to computer's motherboard BIOS. Better to contact device manufacturer for better assistance. They will be able to check what causes the issue and can help you modify and reset BIOS.

From Windows side you can try follow the step below:

1/ Create installation media and plug on device ->

2/ Select Command Prompt and type the following commands, then press Enter:

Bootrec / fixmbr

Bootrec / fixboot

Bootrec /rebuildbcd

3/ Close the Command Prompt window, then restart your device.

Some community members reported that they turned off secure boot from bios menu and this solved the issue.
