Windows 10: Windows 2004 update

Yesterday September 20, the new Windows 2004 update was installed. This morning I try to use my email. I click on the icon email, nothing happen. Also when I started a session, I have this message: We can't sign in to your account. I click on sign out. Then my old configuration appear and I sign in. But he came back to the same question: We can't sign in to your account. It's looks like the upgrading was not done properly or some connections were not there? Also I have a video of my mom who pass away recently and that video disappear. All the set up I have before disappear. Also all my documents saved Word or Excel disappear. Thanks I saved some on my USB key. What can I have to do to resolve this big problem right now? Regards Gennaro_864

Click Update which will download the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant

Step 3:

Run the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant & then click Update now.

Step 4: It will start downloading the update and also shows the percentage of download.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
