Windows 10: Windows 2020 May updatw

I understood that my device might not be immediately suitable for the May update, but now we are in October, over 3 months later and I still cannot get it. More than that, I get no information as to why, just the boilerplate text. Dors anyone know why it might betaking so long? I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, about 4 years old.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
