Windows 10: Windows 20H2 (KB5000842)

Discus and support Windows 20H2 (KB5000842) in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Lately I have seen quite a lot of posts on this subreddit explaining how update KB5000842 broke their pc.     Windows 20H2 (KB5000842)


    Lately I have seen quite a lot of posts on this subreddit explaining how update KB5000842 broke their pc. I was wondering if it is safe to update now. I am only 1 version behind and so far it seems the BSOD's were caused by back-to-back updates. Any help would be welcome.

    PS: If it helps, I can update directly from the windows update center.

    Here also happens the error:

    But I noticed that in the installed updates already have a KB5000842 installed days before (problematic printer update) but I also have an error in removing it:

    Some of us who are not Insiders still like to have a look at what's to come, so links to cab files like those that @Zardoc posted are very welcome. I usually set a VM going a month or so before an expected release...
