Windows 10: Windows 7 freezing

    sorry for my bad English but please help meI'm using windows 7 and everytime I open my pc i can move everything like normal but after like a minute everything freezes, the mouse can't move all things I opened like task manager etc will stopped working and the only thing I can do is restart and it keeps happening I can't fix it they said update the driver I have a driver updater but it keeps freezing Idk what to do please help me...
