I cannot update Windows 7 Service pack 1 installation(KB976932). I tried many many times, it failed. Please help! Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by Updating Service Pack 1.

Have you Re-Installed Windows 7 via a disk which did not have Service Pack 1 already streamlined into it ???

To make sure if its not already installed.

Select the Start Button and right click Computer Tab.

Select Properties.

Under Windows Edition you will see if it already has Service Pack 1 installed.
