    Windows 8.1 to 10 Upgraded. Lost Office 2013


    I was fairly sure when I purchased my Asus Transformer T100 It came as a full featured PC with Office included. I'm enjoying the W10 32bit OS version 10.0.19042 build 19402 but don't know if I traded off and now lost Office. Of course Office 365 is available for a fee but I don't want to go that subscription road thingy. I'm looking into my paperwork and specs but wanted to know if anybody else has had this experience.
    I posted this in the General forum but thought here would be better.

    Lost office 2013 after upgrading to Windows 10

    I lost my office 2013 when upgrading to windows 10 this morning.

    I had purchased office 2013 in-store when I bought my laptop and they installed it for me in store.

    I just finished the upgrade to windows 10 here and noticed I am missing the entire office 2013 package.

    Is there any way I can get this back without buying another copy?

    Contacts are lost from People tile after upgrade to Win 10 and can not find Office Outlook 2013 application.

    This issue could occur if there is change in system settings.



    To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

    • When you say that "I have only one person showing when I click on the tile", are you referring to People tile in the Start menu? Have you configured other user accounts in the people app?

    I suggest you to refer to the suggestion provided in Microsoft Help Article and try to search for Office Outlook 2013. Check if it helps.

    Hi,

    Do you have the installation media and product key for the Office 2013.

    Incase you are unable to find the office 2013 listed under program features in Window 10, then you would need to re-install it.
