Windows 10: Windows 8-10 connectivity and other errors

Long story short, i was experiencing numerous hard drive and driver blue screens of death on my pc running windows eight, did multiple hardware and software scans, found nothing wrong, decided to save important files on a usb and do a clean install of windows ten, the installer wouldnt work, i had to get a physical copy and boot from disk, and now my resolution is broken and wont any higher, and the computer is now incapable of recognizing the ethernet cable it had just been using perfectly well. Also as a consequence of the network issues i cant update drivers and dont have a second device to download updated drivers and put them on a usb. Nothing is working, i have been dealing with these crashes for months, and now i am at my wits end.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
