Windows 10: Windows account login

Hi ,




I am not able to login even after entering the right password for the account i don't know from where the problem is coming.



Account Type : Administrator

Recent Activity : Dual booted my windows with Ubuntu 18.04

Things I have tried in :

1. Tried to recover my account but not able to do it as Microsoft says the information you provided is not enough (even it's mine ).

2. Connected to Internet But no cheers..

3.Tried startup repair

4. Tried SAFE MODE but nothing good happens

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

   net user test /del

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
