  1. Windows accounts and activation

Have a ACER laptop purchased through ACR with Windows 10 preinstalled and activated. I am unable to have my computer and windows keep me or sign into my Microsoft account. Tells me on sign in that there was a problem and it created a temp account. I can sign into my account direct online? no problem. I even made temp account admin so I be able to access other aspects of my windows including my OneDrive files. Then deleted the bad account to try to set up again. Still told need to activate windows to go any further. When I do get in,I go in settings where its labeled activate and I get a blank page no error codes Just nothing. I am unable to access my windows Lic key not being the one who installed it. I then was suggested to. I have gutted the program's on the system in order to do the fresh start and get told with 0 programs install on top of critical programs I need to clear space in order to do that or any recovery ? All other programs still install critical to the operation. I should have max ram with the comp stripped down. I defragmented several times through the prosses.fragmented several times but my ram does not decrease to do the fresh start. Sorry so long winded but frustrated. Any feed back is welcome, Thank you

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown Windows accounts and activation :(
