Windows 10: Windows acitvation errors

So i recently just upgraded my motherboard cpu and ram but now it says windows cant be activated. I had upgraded from the free upgrade that was given to people with windows 7. When i go through the troubleshoot and press i changed hardware it takes me to a screen to reactivate windows but when i press to activate it to the pc im using right now it just says unable to activate windows.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
