Windows 10: Windows Activation Error 0x004f050

A few days ago I Changed my laptop hard disk. After changing the harddisk , he install windows after formatting but my windows did not activate. now I am activating my windows , so it is not happening. and this coad 0x004f0500 is displayed when the product key is entered. Plz help me in solving this problem.
