Windows 10: Windows Activation Error 0x8007007B

Recently I've decided to get new wallpapers that change every minute or so automatically. Turns out that I can't do that because my Windows is not activated. I looked at what the problem was and I get the message:<br /><span style="color:#d73900;">We can't activate windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're connected to your organization's network and try again. If you continue having problems with activation, contact your organization's support person. Error code: 0x8007007B<br /></span><span style="color:#000000;">I have Windows 10 Pro version 1909, the computer I am using is <span style="text-decoration:underline;">second hand</span>. It is an Asus ROG GL553VD.</span><span style="color:#d73900;"></span>I'm not sure why I've got this problem, and there are so many details as to what the cause and solution are to this that I've lost track of what to do. I have absolutely no idea of who or what the "organization" is. Troubleshooting and support is a dead end. My internet works perfectly fine, by the way. Doing the command slmgr.vbs /dlv and checking the window shows me the last 5 letters of the Product Key, and the Product Key Channel says Volume:GLVK.<br />Thanks for any help, it's greatly appreciated!

I have bought a PC with Windows 10 pre-installed and I did not have a problem with activation. But one day, after an update I got a message to activate Windows but when I tried I got this error 0x8007007B. Is there any fix to this?
