Windows 10: Windows Activation Error: 0xC004F074 after getting Computer's screen repaired.

Hello, I just got my computer back from getting it repaired after months of no use nothing else was touched except for the screen panel. However since i got it back it keeps saying activate windows and no matter what i do it keeps giving me this error. I have tried downloading the "media creation tool" that it directs directs me to if i click on the option "you have Windows home key but have windows pro downloaded" option as well as updating windows 10 and every other option i could try. I do not have the product key as the laptop was a gift to me. I have tried everything that i could and it had activated very temporarily but then it was deactivated again. I don't know what i can do to actually fix it but i've tried everything.
