Windows 10: Windows Activation/Refund?

Hi. My laptop has recently had an error message where I need to activate windows, but it has not done this or said that I've ever needed to in the ~2 years I've had the laptop. I tried to activate it, but my laptop says that "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004F012."


I tried troubleshooting. It just says relatively the same thing. "We can't activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows."


So I did. I bought Windows 10 Pro for $210 dollars. I still can't install it, I've been given no product key, and clicking on the product in my order history takes me to a webpage that can't be found. I don't know where this problem even came from, but I've tried to fix it to only still have the problem and be short $210 dollars in the middle of a pandemic.


I would like to either solve the problem or get a refund, but I can't get ahold of anybody to fix the issue. Any advice would be great.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
