Windows 10: Windows Activation Won't Work

Basically my motherboard's BIOS corrupted and died to the point where it wouldn't post or show me the BIOS splash screen and it was beyond repair so I had to replace the motherboard. I have now done that and now that I have booted into Windows again I need to activate it however, whenever I try to troubleshoot it it does not work and when I have tried entering the product key manually which is shown on the case of my computer it does not work either. I was wondering if there was a way to get this fixed without buying a new product key since it was a freak incident where my motherboard died and the only option was to replace the board.
