Windows 10: Windows and Samsung TV driver bug? Continuous plugin sound

HelloWindows 11 PC that is connected to a monitor and TV Samsung S95c The monitor is connected by DP and the TV by HDMI.I use usually either one but not both together by switching with Windows button + PWhen I use the TV and switch back to the monitor, I keep hearing the new hardware plugin sound from Windows every couple of second and my mouse pointer also flashes when it does the sound!It's pretty annoying and it always happens if the TV is turned OFF or ON after switching back to the monitor!What could be the culprit?I tried my PC with another TV Sony A80k and it doesn't do this problem

i have taken every step that has been suggested. in addition i set the computer up on Samsung TV i have it the sound works find with HDMI cable, it is only with this Westinghouse unit that it will not see the HDMI for the sound. i watch the YouTube
video, the issue is the driver is not installing in windows 10 from the signal it is getting from the Westinghouse hardware.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

The HDMI interface in most cases is its own sound device independent of the main computer sound chip.

1) Go to Control Panel.

2) Sound and check the playback device.

3) See if there is a separate option for the HDMI interface, with the monitor connected make that the default device and it should switch to it when the screen is connected.

I also suggest you to check the plugin's connected to TV monitor.

I would suggest you to follow these steps and run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

• Type “Troubleshoot” without quotes in search and click on
  Troubleshooting in the results displayed on the left side of the screen.
• In the left pane, click on View all.
• Click Audio playback and follow the on-screen instructions.

New Windows Media Player Plugin for Firefox

Anyone who uses Windows Vista and Mozilla Firefox may be pleased to hear that the Windows Media Player team has now released a plugin for Firefox that should allow the browser to play WMP content on websites. Here are the steps to get it working:

• Installation of the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin may require administrative access to your PC. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.
• Click the Install button to automatically download and install the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin.
• Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click Install to install the plugin.

There is a known issue if you are using Firefox version 2.0.0.3 on Windows Vista with the installer failing with error code -203. To work around this simply restart Firefox (you will get a notification that Windows Vista will be changing the Firefox compatibility settings) and then install again - the second time should succeed.

The download is available here, and the new plugin works on all versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista (although it is mostly intended for Vista, as that currently has no WMP support in Firefox).
