Windows 10: Windows App not launching

Hi,I am working on a WPF windows application. Whenever I launch this App for the first time in my system it creates a folder insider temp of windows viz. temp/.net/{ProjectName}.Sometimes the App doesn't launch until I clear this folder i.e. temp/.net/{ProjectName} so I have to first go and clear the temp folder and then my windows app gets launched.Is there any permanent solution for this?

Suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows 10 Apps are unable to launch

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• 
  Incorrect App settings.
  
• 
  App is corrupt.
  

Before starting the troubleshooting steps, I suggest you to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it helps. If not, try these steps:

Method 1:

Let's run the app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to re-register all Windows Store Apps by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register
"$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Get Started app wont launch

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there
