Windows 10: windows apps as a black box and start stays open

Discus and support windows apps as a black box and start stays open in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; since today all my windows apps, like skype preview, control panel, winows store and such all do start but they show a small black box when hovered...     windows apps as a black box and start stays open


    since today all my windows apps, like skype preview, control panel, winows store and such all do start but they show a small black box when hovered over in the toolbar and when clicked appear for half a second then disapear, even start stays open when clicked on an empty spot on the desktop or anywhere else and has to be manually close.

    nothing new was downloaded or installed anyone know what is going on?

    Hello my windows 10 store crashes after selecting an app

    It might be enough to right click Start, open a Run box, type wsreset.exe.

    Wait for black box to close and Store app to open.

    Microsoft Photos not working

    Tried this. Now the black box opens for photos and stays up for a few more seconds then closes. Also I can open Photos now by itself but its just the black box with Photos top left and box options (min max close) on top right and can't do anything with
    it.

    apperently all i had to do was uninstall microsoft visual c++ 2013 (x64) and reboot my pc and everything was back to normal
