Windows 10: Windows Audio Cuts Out Repeatedly

Hello everyone,My PC's audio keeps cutting out sporadically. It'll be working normally, cut out for some amount of time ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, and then it'll come back, and repeat. This has been a problem for about one full week.Steps I have tried:1. Updating Audio Drivers: I already have the latest versions.2. Running Troubleshooter: Does not work; it only offers to turn off audio enhancements, which does not solve my problem.3. Checking for Windows updates: I have the latest updates.4. Windows 10 Audio Randomly Cuts Out

1) Is the issue confined with specific browser, when you say online audio and video is not working?

2) Is the issue is confined with play online audio/video or with system audio as well?

3) Which exact Windows troubleshooter you have run?



I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.



Step 1: If you have not performed audio troubleshooter then, I suggest you to perform audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
  

Step 2: Set Windows Audio services as manual.

Follow the below steps:

1) Press Windows key + r, type services.msc and hit Enter.

2) Check for the Windows Audio services.

3) Right click on the service and select Manual.

Can not record audio.

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
