Windows 10: Windows Audio

My little sound icon in the bottom right hand corner had an x on it, so I used windows key+R and went to services.msc to figure out the issue and when I go to windows audio it says stopping but wont stop even after restarting my PC numerous times and the windows troubleshooter just says, "one or more audio service isn't running." How can I fix this issue?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Can not record audio.
