  1. Windows begins to stutter over time

Hi, this is a follow-up question to my three previous posts here that have not been resolved at all.

I'm still experiencing this issue of Windows seeming to "slow down" over time, like alt-tabbing becomes slower, dragging windows around looks almost like it's at a lower FPS, and it affects game performance if it builds up too much.

Restarting the PC fixes it temporarily until it comes back again within a day or two, and recently I discovered by accident that going into Task Manager and restarting Explorer fixes the issue, again temporarily, although it's not as effective as a full PC restart.

I have never encountered anything like this on my previous laptop which I used for years, and this is basically a brand new PC build. What gives, how can I fix this or at least troubleshoot it?

    :)

  2. Windows Movie & TV stutter at beginning

I have Windows 10 2004 and recently i have noticed Movie & TV app having a stutter at the very beginning when ever starting MP4. But the same clip works flawlessly in Windows Media Player. Tried resetting the Movie & TV app but didn't work.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
