Windows 10: Windows black screen on install

Recently, my computer gave me error 0xc000000f, and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it through asking online and watching YouTube videos on the subject, so I decided to download the latest version of Windows 10 on a 16GB USB and install it on my computer to start fresh. When updating it gets to the blue screen with the loading icon and a message stating ‘just a moment...’ and it continues to go black without a curser on it. The screen is on, but there is nothing on the display. Is there anything I can do to fix the original error and continue with all of my downloads, and if not, how can I reinstall windows 10?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
