Windows 10: Windows blank text

I turn on my pc and got greeted with disappeared text from every menu, folder, software or whatsoever. Been googling for a solution, but I can't do a sfc /scannow because even if I manage to open command prompt, the window shows no text at all. Same stuff in safe mode. Every text is just blank.My account profile is the only one. I cannot do sfc scan because the command prompt will not display properly. • %s is replaced by some inserted text, you may move the %s to other positions within the text, but if multiple %s are present they will be inserted in the same order in all languages

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To enable text suggestion on your Lumia 640, you may follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".
