Windows 10: Windows blocking me

Help Please! I'm not sure which category this should go in under, to me this is performance, security, update but that's not an option.


My pc - desktop Windows 10 2004 home edition

I am the only user and so am the administrator.


FYI I have spent so many days trying suggestions to fix my problems. I've read hundreds of post but can't fix these issues. I don't come asking for help until I have run out of options.


I'm forever having troubles installing most Windows updates and so this last summer I had windows 10 reinstalled and updated, professionally. When I started having problems again I tried to do scannow which keeps saying it can't fix corrupt files in CBS.log. So I did the DISM commands which found nothing. Deep off line defender scans don't find problems.


Different on line suggestions included opening some of windows programs to get at the problems only to find out that windows now doesn't recognize me as administrator though it shows that I am. I'm be constantly blocked when trying to open disk manager, run services.msc and several others. Image included says pretty much the same on all of them barring the location of files mmc.exe seems to be behind most of them. Every time Windows manages to finally install an update I have nothing but trouble which never seems to be resolved but for some reason MS won't let me shut them off. The other image is what I got when someone suggested opening user control page in security. I don't see how I can fix anything if windows keeps blocking my access to my own pc.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
