Windows 10: Windows blue screen after moving files

    I was trying to delete some extra files that I don't care about but whenever I moved it to the recycle bin I got met with the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error, I wasn't updated to the latest version so I updated, still got the same error. anyone else having the same problem / have a solution?
