Windows 10: Windows blue screen error....

I NEED HELP WITH MY WINDOWS!!

It was finally my turn, and now i got that disgustingly classic “Your pc did not start correctly” automatic repair loop problem that happened to everyone, but in my case it wasn’t an easy one, every time I follow a tutorial and I reach the (>attrib C: \ boot\bcd -h -r -s) step it doesn’t work and a massage appears “Path not found - C:\boot” I think it’s maybe because windows was originally on the C drive but i changed the direction of all my downloads to go on the E drive and know it appears that windows is there? I don’t now how to fix that and i’ve giving all hope but I thought that this may be my last chance before a full format.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
