Windows 10: Windows Blue Screen Issue

Hi everyone,


I've had some strange blue screen issues recently and, unfortunately, I can't make heads or tails of the cause because I'm unable to read the dump files produced Let alone understand the information within as that's not my forte when it comes to things like this.. Something I have noticed is that these issues only occur when I'm running Total War: Warhammer 2 and, otherwise, my system seems to be working just fine. I've linked the dump files below via Google Drive, along with some information from Event Viewer. Could anyone give me some insight as to what might be happening, please?

What Failed: intelpmm.sys

Event Viewer only really had this to report:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e 0xffffffffc000001d, 0xfffff8033e5c5edb, 0xffffb28119d63340, 0xfffff8034b2315a0."

Stop Code: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Three things from Event Viewer:

"A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated."

"The device HID-compliant headset location unknown is offline due to a user-mode driver crash."

"The RasMan service depends on the SstpSvc service which failed to start because of the following error: The operation completed successfully."

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
