    Windows Boot Goof!

I'm a semi Geek myself, but we Geeks are still more than capable of making "human" mistakes! I did! On my laptop I accidentally disabled all services in "msconfig" when trying to boot into SAFE mode. Big goof. I now cannot boot or access anything. I took out the SSD and mounted it outboard on my desltop computer and have full access to it. Can I modify anything on this outboard SSD to have it access Services when I put it back into the Laptop, short of totally wiping the SSD and starting over - loosing whatever is there? I know I can back it up

    :)
