Windows 10: Windows boot

Discus and support Windows boot in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I was installing amd drivers and it tells me restart the laptop in safe mode.     Windows boot


    I was installing amd drivers and it tells me restart the laptop in safe mode. But after restarting it shows "password is incorrect". I tried to reset the password or every solution out there but non if them works.

    Every time I restart the laptop it always boot into safe mode and ask to enter the password.

    Please tell me what to do. I don't wanna lose my data.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
