Windows 10: Windows BOSD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION among other errors

Hi,I keep getting BOSD on my laptop DELL Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 and actually i got a BOSD while writing this postThis is the mini dump https://www.dropbox.com/s/nzp2ko9og9w7pok/051222-10406-01.zip?dl=0 And this is the one happened during writing this post https://www.dropbox.com/s/czquxe1qc2m18j5/051222-10078-01.zip?dl=0 I did all the hardware diagnostic tests that is out of the box with Windows and those 3rd party, and they all results that all hardware components are functioning well.PLEASE HELP!!

It's related to missing or corrupted system files. We suggest running the
System File Checker and Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
to scan for corruptions in the Windows system files and restore corrupted files.
