Windows 10: Windows BSOD after upgrading to Premiere Pro CC 2019

The BSOD starts to appear frequently after I updated my Premiere Pro from CC 2018 to CC 2019. The stopcode is SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. No file name was shown after the stopcode. I can use Windows again after crashing and restarting. I did not update any drivers recently, but i wonder if there is something wrong with my graphics card or its driver, since Premiere Pro uses my GPU.

Base Filtering Engine blocks Adobe Premiere Pro at startup

I seem to have fixed the problem using the following steps:

Uninstalled Premiere Pro on my normal profile

Uninstalled Creative Cloud on my normal profile

Logged in on the new Admin profile

Installed Creative Cloud

Installed Premiere Pro

Installed CC++ 2017

Ran Premiere

Premiere is working on both Admin and regular profile now.

No idea what ended up fixing it. Thanks for the help.

I fixed this with Adobe a short time ago and it has reverted back to this. I cannot open the Lumetri Color tab in the program.... ideas?
