Windows 10: Windows Build 1809 is Freezing

Microsoft Support took control of my computer. They stopped some .msc services then "FORCED" a download of the update.

Does this mean my computer is broken? Or does this just happen? Sometimes the windows updates need manually forced? Should I be concerned there is a problem with my computer? How do I further investigate why it needed forced or why Microsoft needed to control my computer to do this for me?

Do I just ignore it now?

Windows 10 freezes randomly

To better assist you regarding Windows 10 which freezes randomly, please provide the following:

• Which is the last Windows update build you've applied to the computer?
• Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?

Furthermore, we suggest that you do a BIOS update to your computer. Here are the steps:

• Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to find the specific model of your motherboard.
• Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
• Look for the computer model that you're using.
• You should find any available BIOS update.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
