Windows 10: Windows built-in VPN

Discus and support Windows built-in VPN in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I follow all the steps to creating a Windows VPN.     Windows built-in VPN


    I follow all the steps to creating a Windows VPN. I click "connect"... and receive an "aborted" message. Why?


    Next, I try using a 3rd party VPN provider. Windows firewall hates it. Blocks access every 15 min to an hour.


    Also, I'm using my phone as a hotspot. I've installed the 3rd party vpn on my phone. I tried using it on my laptop, but windows won't allow it to run.
