Windows 10: Windows "C" drive always runs at 100%

My setup is an MSI laptop, specifically the GV62 8RD. It is 4 years old. Early this year I increased the ram to 32 GB. It started to slow down a bit this summer, but this was fixed by removing any extra files and defragmenting the drive. For the past week, my C drive is always at 100%, even with no programs running. This is slowing my computer's performance to the point it's almost impossible to utilize it. I have defragmented the drive again, uninstalled the latest update, disabled superfetching, updated all drivers, and tried a dozen other tweaks suggested by tech sites, to no avail. This we

  Press Windows +E,
  
• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.

Update KB4019472 is making the drive of my PC run at 100% for over 24 hours, please help

For almost a day my PC tried to update the KB4019472, finally getting the update history to indicate the update was complete. During this time my C drive (main drive) was running at 100%.

The main drive continues to run at 100% and freezing my PC.

I have rebooted multiple times.

I am also running Office 365 for Small Business.

Any suggestions?????
