Windows 10: windows camera 0xa00f4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>

I have a Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 tablet. The only way I can use the Windows Camera App for still pictures is to turn on HDR. If HDR is off (by default), I will get and error: (windows camera 0xa00f4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>). Is there a way to set the HDR to be on by default (in app or a registry edit)? I have updated the driver for the camera and reset the app. I do not have any problems taking a video.

My notebook's Camera isn't working - 0xA00F4292<photocapturestarttimeout>

I already downloaded the media pack and tried my camera but it isn't working. Also when I open my camera or apps like skype it only shows black screen. When I press the taking photo button, the camera says there is problem and showed the error code of 0xA00F4292<photocapturestarttimeout>.

 

Lenovo Yoga 720's camera shows error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>

My camera app shows a blank screen and shows the error code :error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>

Camera not working

I am using Dell Inspiron 5537, Windows 10 version 1803. My camera is not working and stating the error 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>. I recently updated windows but this problem is found even before the update.
