    So recently I have been having a problem with 1 particular file in which I get the error 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' This file is PathOfExile.exe file for the game. Whenever I click on this file I receive this error. i have downloaded the game off steam and also off their website to no success, receiving the error both time. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times, turning off firewall and anti virus, doing various system scans and also changing the permissions of multiple relating files. I have had no success and really need help with the situation.
