Windows 10: Windows cannot complete updates, screen goes black, no admin rights

When starting my laptop Alienware 15 R3, it automatically tries to start windows updates. The update got stuck at 7% for hours so I force restarted. Now it says it cannot complete the updates and after about an hour the screen turns black. After force restarting, I tried starting advanced windows repair options but it asks me to log in as the admin and my passwords aren’t working. It says I cannot reset the password without logging into my computer. please help! Is there a way to bypass the update and get directly to the Home Screen? If not, How can I reset the admin password if I cannot get
