Windows 10: Windows cannot find ***.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.........

I was trying opening my Game but it didn't open and started showing the same error msg I toldI tried many to do walk-through showed in Youtube but they all req CMD or Regedit or PowerShell or anything else which I can't open because of the same problem This computer was all fine upto yesterday this problem started today suddenly even TaskManger couldn't open I think it's some selected admin exe are not opening Even I can't install anything

My computer was running fine untill to day. I keep getting the error messageWindows cannot find *.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again

for every thing. When I try to open the task manager,regedit,system config, even when i was trying to install a new virus software. Everthing worked in safe mode. Any ideas on a possible solution

Most apps in my Taskbar work fine but just from today 3 of them (Excel, Word and a label app I have used for many years) all produce this error:

The exact error message is actually similiar for each app. The different only on the Path. For example

- when I tried to open task manager => Windows cannot find 'C:\Windows\system32\taskmgr.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again

- The other app, for example, the NVIDIA GeForce experience => Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\NVIDIA GeForce.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

This happens in every app when I tried to open it as Administrator

The idea is my laptop couldn't find the '.exe'. file but the files were there in the directory.

System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I've done the startup troubleshooting as it mentions above, but it said it couldn't repair the pc.
