    I am getting following message when trying to open certain types of the files. I think currently that is mostly related to images anything that would be default would be opened by Photos app, but in the past there were other types of files as well. Also from time to time I can't shut down PC i.e. Start > Shut Down and nothing happens, but Restart works. So basically I have to Restart the PC and only then can Shut it down. Also button on the PC does not work either i.e. if I press Power On button sometimes it doesn't shut down, despite it being configured to do so, obviously holding the bu
