Windows 10: windows cannot find path: cmd pop up

I'm facing this problem from around 2 months, may be after deleting some apps and softwares from my pc.


The problem is that; Every 5 minutes or so, there appears a cmd pop up saying "Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\m\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\atusicbd.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"

and ask to press ok. when clicked on ok the popup goes and reappears after few minutes.


I've done all types of cleanup and scans (sfc and many more), but not solved yet.

Can anybody give me the solution please?

EDIT: Here's a solution...
Launch the shortcuts via CMD:

1. Right-click the shortcut to Properties
2. Click Change Icon, then click OK when its window pops up (necessary step to avoid losing the icon)
3. Add the following, plus a space, to the beginning of the Target field, leaving the existing path at the end:

   cmd /c start ""

I do this and the shortcut opens the command window

I have a Hp Pavillion laptop with Windows 10. Sometimes while I am working on my laptop suddenly a cmd screen pops up and stays there for 4-5 secs. The path written on the title bar is : " C\Windows\system32\cmd.exe". The cmd is otherwise all black. It
occurs randomly, sometimes it does and sometimes not.
