Windows 10: Windows cannot find specified file.

For some reason every startup, this error message pops up if I don't have my tablet connected prior to starting up, it's not anything damaging, but it's a bit annoying that every time that I don't want to use the tablet, I get the "Windows cannot find specified file" message for every startup.

Is there a way to to fix this?


The tablet I was using by the way was Wacom Intuos Comic CTH-490CB Pen and Touch Tablet.

Windows cannot access specified device, path or file....

Windows cannot access specified file error. I have read the older material and followed the steps...none of which helped access the file. Permissions were set correctly, file specified was where it was supposed to be. Antivirus not in play and file not
corrupt. Still unable to execute. What next steps to take?

 

The system cannot find the file specified

In my downloads folder uis a file/folder

I try to delete a file/folder gets message *The system cannot find the file specified.*

files/folder will not delete





Suggestions? Ideas?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
