Windows 10: Windows cannot find StartMenu.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again

hello, I need help with this error message Windows cannot find StartMenu.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. I wanted to factory reset my computer and everything went well until it restarted where it said there has been a problem and no changes were made and after that message a command prompt appeared and a error message saying that the file is missing. ive looked up some articles which said to scan the computer which i did but nothing seems to be helping.

hi, when i wanna uninstall an app from my pc, i receive an error that says: " Windows cannot find [file-name].exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again "; and app that i said , is showing in my installed-app list; what can i do?

My computer was running fine untill to day. I keep getting the error messageWindows cannot find *.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again

for every thing. When I try to open the task manager,regedit,system config, even when i was trying to install a new virus software. Everthing worked in safe mode. Any ideas on a possible solution
