    Windows cannot find User\myname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\fgiuswes\wiswerce.exe

Hello, after the most recent update I am getting this error. I have no idea what it means and other searches haven't resulted in anything. Also with the update. I am no longer able to right click on the desktop and chose anything from the menu ie. create new folder etc.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    :)

  2. Suspected infection in AppData\Roaming\.exe

    Original title: AppData\Roaming\.exe

Can someone tell me what this is?

    • C:\Users\knenina\AppData\Roaming\522001c91a0ba0c96d004d78\522001c91a0ba0c96d004d78.exe

My Antivirus said Application.Downloader.AAB (Suspected infection) but then it also says

"Cannot open file" error occurred: The "Cannot open file" error message means that the scanner was unable to open a file and that this file was not scanned. You can normally ignore this error message as there are many reasons for this message
that do not imply a security threat, including:

    • The file was a system file. System files are protected by the operation system by design. You can ignore this message in this case.
    • You do not have permission to read the file. To scan the file, log in with a user account with sufficient permissions (for example the computer's administrator account) and rescan.
    • The file was in use by an application when the scan was performed. To scan this file, close all applications and rescan.
Said I have to manually remove i'm unsure how to do that exactly.

Or is this a valid file? This just appeared today.

Programs Missing From Start Menu (Windows 10)

Okay, I've had more time to spend on this and here is what is working for me. Setup located many of my shortcuts in C:\Users\myName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs . If I drag them out of that folder and place them in C:\Users\myName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu instead, they appear in the All Apps list as do other shortcuts I place in the C:\Users\login\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu directory - even if grouped in a subfolder such as C:\Users\login\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Adobe

As to why the shortcuts which were placed in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu and not showing in the list where they should but were in the All Apps list under Windows Administration, I am speculating these were programs I had installed to be
used by me only so when I moved them to the C:\Users\myName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu directory, they now display. Just a guess as to the reason, but locating the shortcuts there makes things work, and that is my goal here.
