Windows 10: Windows cannot find

hi everyone its my 1st time to post a problem here hope you can help me.

picture attached below is showing when I open my laptop at the beginning. it always show from the startup of my laptop.. i tried to do resetting to default all the settings but still the same problem.. can you help me with this one.. if you have any question regarding the problem let me know..

Cannot find Desktop Icon in File Explorer

My Desktop is showing icons as normal. But if I try to find what is on my desktop by using file manager, I cannot find the icon. I also checked under C;\user my name, public, default and no desktop listed on any of them. Any suggestions?

 

Cannot find drivers

I recently purchased the following computer: http://support.gateway.com/s/pc/R/1009452/1009452nv.shtml

This computer came with Windows Vista installed and I immediately brought it home and installed Windows XP on it. Well, when I went to search for the drivers on Gateway's website, they only had Vista compatible drivers listed. I called Gateway about this issue and they told me that they couldnt help me because they only support Vista related problems on my particular machine.

Here is the motherboard in which I need XP drivers for: (I don't think it's even available in the US)

Gateway tells me that the mobo is made by ECS, but I cannot find that motherboard listed on the ECS website.

I am desperate... I am not ready to switch to Vista.
