Windows 10: Windows cannot install required files.

I have a Acer Aspire which is bought 5 years back.It was running windows 7 ultimate x64 and has 2 gb ram and 500 gb hdd and intel pentium.Three monts back,there was an unexpected shutdown and when started it again,it shows an error and says that
1.Try installing media using usb stick or dvd and
2.Go to the language preferences and select any language and press next
3.And click on repair your computer
I tried doing that and it says that contact your device administrator
Finally,i tried installing windows 10 pro which was download from Windows 10 and there was a slow progress in"Getting files ready for installation 1%,2%,3%............"and at 33% it showed an error that "Windows cannot install required file.Make sure all files required for installation are available,and restart the installation.Error code: 0x8007045D". I burned the iso through "isotousb" software.

Depending on the system in question, Windows installer quits before preparing all of the required files to proceed to the next step.

This is happening on different systems with Win10CE that were damaged by a recent forced Windows update.

Every effort to repair the damage instance of Win10ce with automated startup repair, "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk /r /x" --- all thwarted by failure messages never experienced with Win8.1

Every effort to run clean install of Win10ce from multiple USB media created using the Microsoft media creation tool fails with the same cryptic error codes. The clean installs fail at different percentage of copying files depending on the boot drive hardware.

Since a variety of system architectures and hardware configurations are impacted, this looks like a buggy version of the Win10ce installer, which needs to be withdrawn and replaced.

It's a VAIO svp1321bpxb, which is what the website said. My laptop actually says svp132a1cl on the bottom, but I've been ringing windows 10 dive it came out. It was preinstalled with windows 8 pro.

Do you have the Win7 installation media?
Are you able to do a clean install of Win7 Ultimate x64?

Edit: And have you backed up all your important files, documents, photos, music, videos etc etc?

 

Yes,I do have windows 7 ultimate installation media.While trying to clean install Windows 7,I was stuck at "Setup is Starting". And I don't even care about my photos,videos,documents,files,etc.I just need a operating system to work in it

Do you have an HDD RAID Array? If not, Reset your bios settings back to default factory settings and try the clean install again.
