Windows 10: Windows Can't be activated with code 0xC004C003

Last year, I bought Windows 10 ProI was on Home China from Microsoft Store and tried to install it on my machine, but I blue-screened while installing and I had to reinstall the system. Recently, I installed Windows 10 Provia the MediaCreationTool on another machine and signed in to the account that I used to buy Pro, but it said that Windows cannot be activated 0xC004C003. Then I tried troubleshooting, but then it gave me the error code: 0xc002001b. I also updated to the latest version of Windows 10 and checked the internet, but it still doesn't work.So how can I activate it?

As per the error code 0xC004C003, it seems that you have entered an invalid product key. Please reply with the following details to assist with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

• Have you recently changed any hardware in the computer?

• Have you upgraded the computer to Windows 10 earlier?

Windows 10 Activation Error code: 0xC004C003

Windows 10 Activation Error code: 0xC004C003 - I received a "Free" Windows 10 activation offer from Microsoft but after installation I attempted to Activate it and received the error message listed stating the Key Code was "blocked". No other software
changes were made to my system and I see from other responses I'm not alone. I'm particularly frustrated since one of the "solutions" is "buying" a new activation code for $119. Had I known this before "upgrading", the upgrade would never have been done. Sounds
like a deceptive practice to me. Next step - contact the "BBB" or the PA Attorney Generals Office.

 

Activation fails Error code: 0xC004C003

I'm experiencing the same problem like you, upgraded my windows 7 professional PC since july 29th and can't activate it.
Product key blocked. Error code: 0xC004C003, several calls to microsoft haven't helped all i keep getting from the agents on phone is to wait 24-48 hours.
It will be two weeks on 12th august still no resolution by microsoft
