Windows 10: WINDOWS - can't open explore or anything

I just bought a brand new hp tower i5 desktop. I installed coreldraw x3. The system is malfunctioning ie. The taskbar is not working,start menu not working, cant open any file or folder on the desktop. Please help me it a company machine. The problem here too is i created another windows 11 installation media ISO to boot from the startup and windows is saying i should enter License key original, before i can proceed to install new wimdows.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

 

File explorer will not open on windows 10
