    Windows Clipboard malfunction


    Split from this thread about a different issue.You asked about the sniping tool but that's not what the user was asking about. I am having the same problem where the Windows clipboard no longer functions. By default, I had the Clipboard History turned off and suddenly discovered I was unable to user normal Copy/Paste functionality throughout Windows, whether within the browser or across Office applications.I am getting the same error message he mentioned whenever I hit Ctl-C.I am only trying to copy simple text so there should not be a question of formats being suipported.Can you tell me what
